I, the undersigned, Patricia Husson, acting in my capacity as majority shareholder of the companies Eurafnet and Netbay, irrevocably undertakes:

in case of the company Netbay (hereinafter referred to as the Company) offering to become Registrar of .fin TLD, that will be accepted by ICANN,

to bring to the Company, if necessary, as a complement to the other shareholders’ contributions in stock and shareholder’ account, additional amounts of the same in order that the global amount in stock and shareholders’ account at the disposal of the Company reaches an amount of Euro 10 (ten) million.
